With the research advance of tissue cell structure and metabolism, traditional staining techniques are no longer competent for exploring the secrets of smaller structure, fluorescence labelling technology was developed in time. The most common application of fluorescence assay is to utilize the principle of antigen antibody specific binding or complementary base pairing, to combine antibodies or nucleic acid probes with certain fluorescent tracers to track targeted substances in tissue or cells. At present, this technology is commonly applied in cytology and histopathology for qualitative or quantitative analysis, such as immunohistochemistry (IHC), fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), immunofluorescence assay (IFA), etc., to help achieve predetermined scientific research objectives or provide auxiliary diagnosis for diseases.

The DiaTrust FixTek IFA slides are designed for fluorescence microscopy under dark background, such as IHC, IFA and FISH. The colorful hydrophobic painting can not only prevent cross contamination between different wells, but also supports rapid and precise specimen screening by masking light going through slides outside the functional areas, resistant to all commonly used reagents in laboratories.

    Developed for quality control tests in biological laboratories, the FixTek QC diagnostic slides are designed with multiple independent experimental compartments on the same slide surface, enable preparations of multiple specimens at a time, considerably improve efficiency. FixTek AT Diagnostic Slides
    Designed as ideal reaction materials for slide agglutination tests (SAT), the FixTek AT (Agglutination Test) diagnostic slides feature multiple functional reaction areas for convenient setting of experimental control groups. The hydrophobic paintings lock liquid firmly in the functional area, effectively preventing cross-contamination and reagent waste. The functional reaction areas have been properly treated to be hydrophilic, with a surface contact angle no more than 50 °, which is very beneficial to the mixing of samples and reagents, as well as controlled spread of the mixture. The FixTek AT diagnostic slides can be supplied with black and transparent background options, black background is suitable for the white agglutination reactions that are visible to naked eyes, such as latex agglutination reactions, white background is suitable for colorful agglutination reactions or agglutination reactions that require low-magnification observation.

FixTek FM Diagnostic Slides
    Developed as a user-friendly consumable choice for of artificial intelligence system for cell and microorganism identification and calculation, such as CASA system and etc., the FixTek FM diagnostic slides can also be used with fully automated microscopy equipment such as cell counting system and AI cell diagnosis system, as well as for morphological & kinetic tests of algae & living microorganisms, and concentration tests of suspensions.

    The slides feature a pre-fixed cover slip over the slide surface, and uniformly-thin chamber(s) between slide and cover slip. Drop the tested sample onto the side opening, the ultra-thin specimen chambers deliver an evenly-thin specimen film by capillary action.
